Return Policy

  • Upon receiving the goods, the customer undertakes to open the package and inspect the goods. If the customer damages the packaging, which has a unique value together with the goods, the merchant has the right to refuse the return of the goods or demand compensation for the damage. Example: Templates. The seller has the right to demand compensation for the price of the stencil if the customer returns the stencils without the film.
  • If the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that they have been sent the wrong or defective goods, the merchant must be informed immediately.

RETURN OF GOODS, WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND REFUNDS

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Receiving is considered the transmission of an SMS notification from the operator of the parcel machine to the customer's mobile phone.
  • To return the goods within 14 days, the customer contacts the customer service of the e-store and arranges the return either with a parcel machine, a courier or returns the goods himself. All returns for one order must be returned at the same time. The direct transport costs of the return are borne by the merchant.
  • The returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
  • For the returned goods, the seller will refund the buyer the entire purchase amount immediately to the buyer's bank account, but no later than within 14 calendar days until the returned goods reach the Seller.
  • The seller has the right to refuse to take back the goods if the goods are damaged or damaged.
